The Northwest Flyers Track Club was started in 1987 to help girls in Northwest Houston participate in youth track & field. Fred Newhouse, a US Olympic gold medalist in track, was one of the primary organizers of the club. The early success of the club led to expanding the membership to both boys and girls.

We provide Tae Kwon Do to all, from ages 3-93. We also have a Mixed Martial Arts program as well as a Self Defense program for adults. Southeast Texas Tae Kwon Do provides after school to our students with transportation from most Magnolia and Tomball schools. We also offer an awesome summer camp where children learn respect, confidence, goal setting and have fun doing it.
